The returns policy is not meant as a preview service and we reserve the right not to supply customers who repeatedly return orders.  Read our information page called New to Wigs?

We regret we cannot accept returns for eyelashes or eyebrows (or other accessories sealed for hygiene reasons) if they have been unsealed. If you return such products to us, they will be destroyed and you will not be refunded.

Products ordered from American manufacturers, such as Jon Renau, Gabor, Raquel Welch (U.S.), Kim Kimble, BelleTress, Estetica, and HIM by Hairuwear, are specially imported for you. Due to this, these items are strictly non-returnable.

For orders that originally qualify for free postage, following a return, if the net balance of the order becomes less than the amount that is stipulated for free postage, the current postage charge will be deducted from the refund. The net balance includes accessories.

Please DO NOT return anything until you receive a returns authorisation code from us. This code must be added along with your return.

Refunds are usually processed within seven days of the returned item received. The timeframe of the funds reaching your bank account vary depending on your provider.

If the product is not received in the same condition it was sent to you there may be a delay before the manufacturer approves or rejects your refund.
